Farce | Farcelonian

If the Nose of your Paper Airplane is light in weight, the Plane may dive, Stall or Flip. Make sure you are making your wing is little heavy – by folding one or more folds in the front. If it Stalls again., adjusts the frontal shape of the wing smaller. If they Dive crash their nose you need to increase the frontal wing bigger. Farce paper airplane specifically has a very good weight distribution at their frontal portion. They are steady gliders because of their wide wings let’s make farcelonian paper airplane…

Two minutes for Noodles! isn’t it? Three minutes for Paper planes! It’s that simple with liftndrift*

Supplies Required:

  • A4 Sheet of Paper or a Foolscap Paper with 70-90 GSM
  • Ruler or Flat thick object to flatten the folded edges to make a strong crease.

Step1:

  • Keep the A4 sheet of paper over the table in portrait orientation and fold it into half from right to left and UNFOLD

Step 2:

  • Fold the top right and left corners to the centre crease
  • Make sure you don’t cross the centre line

Step 3:

  • Now, bring the right and left diagonal edges to the centre crease as shown in Fig.3 and UNFOLD them

Step 4:

  • Fold the Right and left edges on the newly made crease as shown in Fig.4
  • Make sure you matched the edges to the newly made adjacent crease

Step 5:

  • Now, Roll fold them back again inside, Just like the picture in Fig.3

Step 6:

  • Bring the nose down to the bottom of the paper and align it with the centre line and fold them (yellow dot to dot)

Step 7:

  • Push the nose up with a fold of about 1 inch as shown in the Fig.7

Step 10:

  • Now, make the wings by folding it down as per the dotted lines say in the Fig.10, Exactly it stays where the Nose starts diagoanal
  • Do the same for the other side too

Step 11:

  • Now, do the trifold by lifting up the whole diagonal section to the upside
  • Do the same for the other side too
  • If you have doubts just look at the Fig.11 and Fig.12

Step 12:

  • You have successfully made the Farce Paper Airplane. It performs well and good!
  • Also, gives a smooth flight performance on Gentle launches.
  • Try with dihedral wing for different flight performance

Farce flying technique:

  • Hold the Plane behind the centre of the plane’s gravity centre
  • Keep your left foot slightly forward and launch it in 30 – 40 degrees angle, throw it steadily with a medium force. If it fails, tweak the tail wing slightly up and try again.
  • Try different angles and forces now! Wow, That’s how one learns properly with more trying and flying. Kudos!
